About these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of kysero.io, the Kysero Plan Builder and related account, support and communication features. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

If you use Kysero for a gym, studio, coaching business or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation. Mandatory rights under European Union and national consumer law continue to apply.

Who may use the service

Kysero supports people building their own workout plan, trainers planning for clients, gym staff preparing member plans and authorised users of gym or coaching workspaces.

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Where a minor cannot independently consent to the service or relevant data processing, a parent or legal guardian must provide the authorisation required by law.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your credentials and verification links. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from Kysero's breach of its security obligations.

Contact [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may verify identity or authority before changing ownership, releasing data or restoring access.

The Plan Builder

The Plan Builder creates an editable workout-plan draft from the inputs you provide and the exercise data and programming rules implemented in the product. It does not guarantee a particular result and does not replace professional judgement.

You are responsible for reviewing the plan, using accurate inputs and deciding whether each exercise and prescription is appropriate. Generated plans may contain findings, unfilled slots or recommendations that require your attention.

Fitness and health disclaimer

Kysero is workout-planning software. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency services or medical clearance and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Exercise carries risk. Use reasonable judgement, follow equipment and safety instructions, disclose relevant limitations to an appropriate professional and stop activity if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty or other concerning symptoms. Contact the appropriate emergency service in an emergency.

Workspace responsibilities

A gym, trainer or coaching business controls access to its own workspace and remains responsible for its professional relationship with members and clients. Kysero is not a party to that relationship unless expressly stated.

• Grant only the access required for each role and remove access when it is no longer needed.
• Keep staff, member and plan records accurate.
• Provide required privacy information and establish a lawful basis for personal and health data.
• Maintain appropriate professional qualifications and insurance.
• Comply with consumer, employment, health, accessibility and data-protection law applicable to its activities.

Free features, subscriptions and billing

The public Plan Builder features described as free may be used without a paid subscription. Anonymous plans remain in the current browser unless the user creates an account and saves them.

Other Kysero workspace features may require a trial or paid subscription. The applicable price, billing period, taxes, included limits, renewal terms and cancellation options will be shown before purchase or agreed separately.

Payments may be handled by an independent payment provider. Mandatory consumer withdrawal, refund and conformity rights are not excluded by these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may use Kysero only lawfully and for its intended purposes.

• Do not access another account, workspace or record without permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory or infringing material.
• Do not expose another person's identity, health data or communications without a lawful basis.
• Do not introduce malware, probe security, bypass controls, scrape the service or disrupt its operation.
• Do not use exercise or health information in a way that could foreseeably cause harm.
• Do not resell or systematically extract Kysero content or exercise data without written permission, except where law expressly permits it.

Your content and historical records

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Kysero a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, display and technically process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the service and comply with law.

Assigned plans, completed workout records and audit entries may be preserved as historical snapshots. Later edits to a source plan do not necessarily rewrite activity already assigned or completed.

Kysero content and intellectual property

The service, software, design, branding, exercise catalog, structured metadata, documentation and other Kysero materials are protected by intellectual-property law. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may print or export a plan for personal use or for a client or member you are authorised to serve. That does not permit bulk extraction, republication or creation of a competing catalog or service.

Third-party services

Kysero may rely on hosting, email, authentication, analytics, security, payment or app-distribution providers. Their independent services may be subject to separate terms. We remain responsible for our own obligations when using processors but are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, provider outages and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access.

We may improve, replace or discontinue features. Where a material change significantly affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and honour any mandatory legal rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment where applicable or a legal requirement.

Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Provisions that should reasonably continue after termination, including ownership, liability, records and dispute terms, remain in effect.

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, Kysero is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user inputs, unsuitable use of a plan, professional decisions made by a gym or trainer, unauthorised account use not caused by our breach, or events outside our reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer remedies remain available. Any limitation for a paid business service will also be subject to the specific order or subscription terms agreed for that service.

Privacy, governing law and contact

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any jurisdiction rights that applicable law gives you.
