Programming approach

How Kysero selects exercises and checks a workout plan.

Established training principles guide explicit product rules over a reviewed exercise catalog.

Keep the claims separate

Principle, product rule, verification and judgement are not the same thing.

Open each row to see what Kysero means by each layer.

These are broader exercise-programming considerations, not proprietary Kysero science. The product uses them as design constraints when resolving a week and evaluating exercise roles.

CONSTRAINT

Filter

Equipment conflicts, explicit exclusions and known limitation conflicts are removed before ranking begins.

01 / 04

CANDIDATE

Evaluate

Day role, movement fit, level and redundancy shape eligibility and ranking.

02 / 04

PRESCRIPTION

Apply

Movement-specific profiles avoid treating every exercise like the same lift.

03 / 04

EXCEPTION

Explain

Weak matches can remain unfilled with a visible finding for review.

What makes it different

Known data, repeatable checks and an editable result.

This compares the planning process, not guaranteed outcomes.

What validation means

Software tests are not proof of training outcomes.

Catalog audits, automated behavior tests, regression scenarios and per-plan checks help catch missing data, broken contracts and programming-rule defects. They are not an independent clinical trial, a guarantee of results, medical screening or proof that every generated plan suits every individual.

  • Implemented constraints are checked consistently
  • Known exceptions remain visible
  • Outcome claims are not inferred from software tests
