How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Begin in a high plank with your feet supported on the exercise ball and your hands firmly on the floor.
  2. 02Set the shoulders over the hands, brace your trunk, and stabilize the ball before initiating the tuck.
  3. 03Draw both knees under your torso to roll the ball forward while keeping the upper body steady.
  4. 04Reach the deepest controlled tuck without jumping the ball inward or collapsing through the shoulders.
  5. 05Extend the legs gradually to roll back into a straight plank and reset before repeating.
