How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Anchor a resistance band in front of you at about waist height and hold it in one hand with the arm straight.
  2. 02Face the anchor, stand tall, and take up light band tension while keeping your ribs stacked over your pelvis.
  3. 03Without bending the elbow or rotating the torso, draw the working shoulder blade back and slightly down.
  4. 04Pause briefly with the neck relaxed and the shoulder away from the ear.
  5. 05Let the shoulder blade glide forward under control, complete the set, and then change arms.
