How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Stand or sit tall and extend one arm forward with the elbow straight and the palm facing upward.
  2. 02Let the wrist extend so the fingers point toward the floor.
  3. 03Use the other hand to draw the fingers gently back until a mild stretch is felt along the palm-side forearm.
  4. 04Keep the shoulder down and hold without bouncing or forcing the wrist.
  5. 05Release slowly and repeat on the other arm.
