How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Walk out on the exercise ball until your shoulder blades and head are supported and your hips are held in a bridge.
  2. 02Extend your arms above the chest with the hands together and keep the feet planted for a stable base.
  3. 03Rotate the shoulders and arms toward one side while keeping the hips lifted and facing the ceiling.
  4. 04Return through the center under control and rotate toward the opposite side through the same range.
  5. 05Continue smoothly without allowing the lower body to sway or the ball to roll away from your upper back.
