How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Start in a forearm plank with shoulders over elbows and the legs extended.
  2. 02Brace your trunk and maintain a slight posterior pelvic tilt so the lower back stays controlled.
  3. 03Bend one knee and lower it to touch the floor lightly without shifting the shoulders or hips.
  4. 04Straighten that leg and repeat the tap with the opposite knee.
  5. 05Alternate slowly while keeping the plank line steady and avoiding any rest on the floor.
