How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Place your heels on a stable squat wedge, take a narrow stance, and hold one kettlebell by its horns at your chest.
  2. 02Brace your trunk and keep your chest tall with your forefeet grounded.
  3. 03Descend mostly straight down while allowing your knees to travel forward in line with your toes.
  4. 04Reach the deepest controlled position without shifting on the wedge or collapsing your torso.
  5. 05Drive through your feet to stand while keeping the kettlebell close.
