How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Anchor a resistance band securely in front of you at about waist or chest height and grasp it with one hand.
  2. 02Step back to create tension, take a stable stance, and brace your trunk with your shoulders level.
  3. 03Pull your working elbow back beside your ribs without rotating your torso toward the rowing side.
  4. 04Pause briefly with your shoulder blade drawn back and your wrist straight.
  5. 05Extend your arm toward the anchor slowly, complete the prescribed repetitions, and switch arms.
