How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Stand on one leg with the other knee bent behind you and your arms forward for balance.
  2. 02Push your hips backward and bend the working knee to lower into a single-leg squat.
  3. 03Guide the rear knee toward the floor or a pad without using it to push upward.
  4. 04Keep the working heel grounded and the knee aligned with the toes.
  5. 05Drive through the working foot to stand tall, then reset before repeating.
