How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Stand on the center of a resistance band and hold one end in the working hand.
  2. 02Hinge back with a neutral spine and let the working arm extend beneath the shoulder.
  3. 03Stand by driving the hips forward while keeping the trunk square.
  4. 04Once upright, row the band toward the ribs without leaning or rotating.
  5. 05Extend the arm, hinge back under control, and complete the set before switching sides.
