How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Clean both kettlebells into a secure front rack with your wrists neutral and elbows close to your torso.
  2. 02Brace your trunk and step forward into a stable lunge while keeping both bells quiet.
  3. 03Lower until both knees bend under control and the front foot remains fully planted.
  4. 04Drive through the front foot and bring the rear leg forward into the next step.
  5. 05Continue alternating while maintaining the rack position and preventing your torso from leaning or rotating.
