- 01Stand tall with one dumbbell at each shoulder, palms facing inward, feet about hip width, and trunk braced.
- 02Press one dumbbell overhead while the other remains stable at the shoulder.
- 03Begin lowering the first weight as you press the opposite dumbbell upward.
- 04Continue alternating in a smooth seesaw rhythm with one arm rising as the other descends.
- 05Keep your torso centered and avoid leaning, twisting, or using leg drive.
