Step-by-step instructions
- 01Stand tall holding the dumbbells in front of your thighs with the palms facing upward and elbows slightly bent.
- 02Brace your trunk and keep the shoulders down without leaning backward or using hip momentum.
- 03Raise the dumbbells forward in a smooth arc until they reach approximately shoulder height.
- 04Pause briefly with the wrists neutral and the arms controlled in front of the body.
- 05Lower the dumbbells slowly to the thighs and repeat through the same range.
