How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Thread a strong towel securely through one dumbbell handle and hold one end in each hand.
  2. 02Stand tall with the dumbbell hanging in front of your thighs, arms long, and towel tension even.
  3. 03Brace your trunk and raise both hands forward together until the dumbbell reaches about shoulder height.
  4. 04Keep a soft elbow bend, level shoulders, and avoid leaning back or using momentum.
  5. 05Lower the dumbbell slowly along the same path and confirm the towel remains secure before repeating.
