How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Stand tall and extend one arm forward with the shoulder relaxed and elbow straight.
  2. 02Begin with the palm facing upward and the wrist long rather than bent.
  3. 03Slowly rotate the forearm toward palm-down pronation while keeping the elbow and shoulder still.
  4. 04Pause briefly at a mild stretch, then rotate back toward palm-up supination without forcing the hand.
  5. 05Repeat smoothly through a pain-free range and then change arms.
