How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Kneel behind the stability ball and lower your abdomen and hips over its center.
  2. 02Place your hands and feet on the floor so the ball supports your torso securely.
  3. 03Let your chest and pelvis settle around the ball and allow the lower back to round gently.
  4. 04Relax the neck and shoulders and breathe slowly without forcing the spine into a larger range.
  5. 05Hold for the prescribed time, then press into the floor and come off the ball gradually.
