How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Begin in a forearm plank with elbows beneath shoulders and the legs fully extended.
  2. 02Press through the forearms, squeeze the glutes, and draw the lower ribs toward the pelvis.
  3. 03Rotate the pelvis backward by gently tucking the tailbone until the lower-back arch decreases.
  4. 04Hold the tucked position without raising the hips excessively or shifting the shoulders behind the elbows.
  5. 05Breathe in short controlled breaths while maintaining full-body tension for the assigned time.
