- 01Lie on your back holding a kettlebell by its horns above your chest, with hips and knees bent to 90 degrees and lower back controlled.
- 02Brace your abdomen and extend both legs straight forward along the center line, stopping before your back arches.
- 03Return your knees, then extend both legs diagonally toward the left while keeping your pelvis level.
- 04Return again and extend both legs diagonally toward the right without allowing your trunk to rotate.
- 05Bring your knees back to 90 degrees after the center-left-right sequence and repeat slowly.
