How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Hold the kettlebell in the front rack opposite the front leg and place the front foot on a low elevation.
  2. 02Settle into a split-squat stance and brace the trunk.
  3. 03Lower straight down until both knees bend deeply under control.
  4. 04Drive through the elevated front foot to stand back up.
  5. 05Finish the repetitions on one side before switching legs and rack side.
