Step-by-step instructions
- 01Stand tall with the feet under the hips and brace your trunk before stepping.
- 02Take a controlled step forward long enough that both feet remain stable and separated.
- 03Lower by bending both knees until the rear knee approaches the floor and the front knee tracks with the toes.
- 04Push through the whole front foot to return to the starting stance without twisting the pelvis.
- 05Alternate legs or complete the programmed repetitions on one side while using the same stride length.
