How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Stand tall with your feet under your hips and brace your trunk.
  2. 02Step one leg forward into a controlled forward lunge, then push back to standing.
  3. 03Step the same leg sideways into a lateral lunge, sit into that hip, and return to standing.
  4. 04Step the same leg backward into a reverse lunge, then drive through the front foot to return.
  5. 05Complete the sequence with aligned knees and steady balance before changing sides.
