How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Place both hands close together on the top of a stable exercise ball and step back into a high plank.
  2. 02Spread the fingers, brace the abdomen and glutes, and keep the ball centered beneath the chest.
  3. 03Bend the elbows close to the ribs and lower the chest toward the ball without letting it roll away.
  4. 04Stop before the shoulders lose position, then press through both hands to return to straight arms.
  5. 05Stabilize the ball and reset the plank before each repetition.
