How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Anchor a resistance band overhead and stand beneath it facing away from the anchor.
  2. 02Place the band around the working hand and behind the elbow, then bring that arm into a front-rack position.
  3. 03Stack the ribs over the pelvis and let the band assist the elbow upward without pulling the shoulder forward.
  4. 04Hold a comfortable stretch through the triceps, lat, shoulder, and wrist while breathing steadily.
  5. 05Release the position slowly and repeat on the other side.
