How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Hold one kettlebell securely with both hands at your chest and stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart.
  2. 02Step one leg backward and lower into a reverse lunge while keeping the whole front foot planted.
  3. 03At the bottom of the lunge, rotate your rib cage toward the front leg while keeping your pelvis stable and your front knee aligned with your toes.
  4. 04Rotate back to the center, then drive through the front foot to return to standing.
  5. 05Regain your balance before stepping back with the other leg and rotating toward the new front side.
