How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Stand with your feet about shoulder width and hold your hands near your face in a basketball shooting position.
  2. 02Sit into a controlled squat with your heels grounded, chest tall, and knees tracking over your toes.
  3. 03Drive through the floor and extend your hips, knees, and ankles to jump vertically.
  4. 04Reach both arms overhead as if releasing a shot while keeping the trunk organized.
  5. 05Land softly with bent knees, regain balance, and reset before the next repetition.
