- 01Clean one kettlebell to your shoulder and take a wide stance that allows comfortable hip rotation.
- 02Keep the loaded forearm vertical, brace your trunk, and maintain visual contact with the bell.
- 03Push the hip beneath the loaded side outward as you hinge and rotate your torso away from the kettlebell.
- 04Move your torso underneath the bell until the elbow is locked and the shoulder is stable.
- 05Stand upright beneath the overhead kettlebell, stabilize, and lower it safely before changing sides.
