How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Sit on an exercise ball with your feet flat on the floor, shoulder-width apart.
  2. 02Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms at your sides.
  3. 03Keeping your elbows close to your torso, curl one dumbbell towards your shoulder.
  4. 04Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position and repeat with the other arm.
  5. 05Alternate between arms for the prescribed repetitions.
