How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Place a dumbbell under each hand and start in a bear position with knees hovering just above the floor.
  2. 02Brace your trunk, keep your back flat, and shift as little weight as possible from side to side.
  3. 03Row one dumbbell toward your ribs while keeping the supporting arm straight and both hips level.
  4. 04Lower the dumbbell quietly to the floor and re-establish four-point stability.
  5. 05Repeat with the opposite arm and continue alternating without raising your hips.
