- 01Set up in a stable half-kneeling stance beside a wall with the ribs stacked over the pelvis.
- 02Reach both arms forward at shoulder height and keep the arm nearest the wall lightly supported or anchored.
- 03Rotate the chest away from the wall by moving through the upper back while the pelvis remains facing forward.
- 04At the end of the controlled rotation, lift the moving hand a small distance farther without leaning or arching.
- 05Return the hand and torso slowly to the start, complete the side, and then change the kneeling position.
