How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Clean one kettlebell to the shoulder and stand tall with the feet stable, wrist neutral, and trunk braced.
  2. 02Set the elbow slightly outside the ribs with the forearm stacked beneath the bell.
  3. 03Press upward and slightly outward along the para-press path without leg drive or side bending.
  4. 04Finish with the elbow locked, shoulder active, ribs down, and the bell stable above and just outside the shoulder line.
  5. 05Pull the kettlebell back to the rack under control and complete the set before changing arms.
