How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Lie on your back with a loop band above the knees, feet flat, and knees bent.
  2. 02Press the knees gently outward to create band tension and brace the trunk.
  3. 03Drive through the feet to lift the hips into a glute bridge without arching the lower back.
  4. 04At the top, press the knees slightly farther apart while the feet and pelvis remain still.
  5. 05Return the knees to baseline tension, lower the hips under control, and repeat.
