How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Lie on your side with your legs straight and stacked on top of one another.
  2. 02Engage your core and keep your hips stacked.
  3. 03Lift your top leg diagonally backwards without rotating your hips.
  4. 04Pause briefly at the top of the motion before lowering your leg back down.
  5. 05Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
