- 01Lie on your back close to a wall with the hips and knees bent to about 90 degrees.
- 02Press both palms firmly into the wall overhead and gently brace the lower back toward the floor.
- 03Keep one leg still while lowering the opposite bent leg until its heel lightly taps the floor.
- 04Return that leg without losing wall pressure or allowing the pelvis to rock.
- 05Alternate sides slowly and shorten the range if the lower back arches.
