How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Place a stable box on a nonslip surface and stand a few controlled steps away with a clear approach path.
  2. 02Accelerate through the prescribed approach steps, then place both feet at the takeoff point and load your hips and knees.
  3. 03Swing your arms and jump upward and forward, bringing both feet over the box surface.
  4. 04Land with both feet fully on the box and bend your hips and knees to absorb the impact while keeping your knees aligned with your toes.
  5. 05Stand upright to stabilize, step down carefully, and reset the same approach before the next repetition.
