Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Stand near a support with your feet pointing straight ahead and your knees nearly extended.
  2. 02Rise onto the balls of your feet, pause at the top, and lower your heels under control.
  3. 03Turn your toes slightly outward and complete the prescribed calf raises in that position.
  4. 04Turn your toes slightly inward and repeat without allowing your ankles to collapse.
  5. 05Use the support only for balance and move through a smooth, pain-free range in all three positions.
