How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Begin in a forearm plank with elbows under shoulders, legs together, and the body in a straight line.
  2. 02Brace the trunk and press actively through the forearms before moving the feet.
  3. 03Jump both feet outward to a comfortable width while keeping the pelvis near the same height.
  4. 04Jump the feet back together softly without allowing the lower back to sag or the shoulders to drift.
  5. 05Continue at a controlled rhythm, or step one foot at a time if jumping disrupts your plank position.
