Step-by-step instructions
- 01Place two flat-based non-rolling dumbbells on a stable bench and grip them while stepping back into an incline plank.
- 02Set your feet wide, brace your trunk, and keep your shoulders and hips square.
- 03Press through one dumbbell and row the other toward your lower ribs.
- 04Lower it slowly without allowing the bench, dumbbells, or pelvis to shift.
- 05Alternate sides while maintaining the same incline plank.
