How to perform it
Step-by-step instructions
- 01Stand tall holding the kettlebell in one hand and prepare to step forward into a lunge.
- 02Take a controlled step and lower until both knees bend while keeping the front foot flat.
- 03Pass the kettlebell beneath the front thigh from the outside hand to the inside hand.
- 04Drive through the front foot to return to standing while keeping the trunk upright and the transfer secure.
- 05Alternate the stepping leg and pass direction, never releasing the kettlebell until the receiving hand has a firm grip.
