Step-by-step instructions
- 01Face a lightly loaded sled and hold its straps or handles with palms up and arms extended under light tension.
- 02Stand tall, brace the trunk, and keep the elbows beside the ribs.
- 03Curl the handles toward the shoulders so the sled glides slightly toward you.
- 04Pause without leaning backward or letting the elbows travel forward.
- 05Extend the elbows slowly, keep tension in the straps, and repeat without jerking the sled.
