How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Anchor a resistance band securely overhead and kneel tall facing it with your knees padded and glutes lightly engaged.
  2. 02Hold the band with both arms extended toward the anchor and brace your trunk with your ribs down.
  3. 03Pull your elbows down beside your ribs while keeping your chest upright and your hips extended.
  4. 04Pause briefly with your lats engaged and your shoulders held away from your ears.
  5. 05Extend your arms overhead slowly without leaning backward, then repeat from the stable tall-kneeling position.
