- 01Stand on one leg holding the cable handle and establish light tension before lifting the other foot.
- 02Hinge at the working hip while reaching the free leg backward and keeping your spine long and pelvis square.
- 03Hold the balanced hinge and row the handle toward your ribs without rotating your torso open.
- 04Extend the arm fully again while maintaining the single-leg position and level hips.
- 05Drive through the standing foot to extend the hip and return upright, then complete the side before switching.
