- 01Place two barbells parallel and stand between them with each bar's balance point beside one hand.
- 02Hinge and bend your knees to grip both bars at their centers, then brace before lifting.
- 03Stand tall with the bars hanging at your sides and wait until both ends are balanced.
- 04Walk with short controlled steps while keeping your shoulders level and preventing the bars from striking your legs.
- 05Stop with your feet stable, then lower both barbells to the floor under control.
