How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Assume a high plank facing your partner with the feet set slightly wider than hip width.
  2. 02Brace the trunk and keep the shoulders stacked over the hands.
  3. 03Lift one hand and tap the opposite hand of your partner while resisting trunk rotation.
  4. 04Replace the hand beneath the shoulder before lifting the other hand.
  5. 05Alternate sides at a controlled pace while keeping the hips level.
