How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Face a lightly loaded sled and hold its straps with straight arms under gentle tension.
  2. 02Stand tall with the feet hip width and the ribs stacked over the pelvis.
  3. 03Step one leg backward and lower into a reverse lunge while the straps draw the sled smoothly toward you.
  4. 04Keep the front foot flat and knee aligned while the torso stays upright and the arms remain long.
  5. 05Drive through the front foot to stand, control the sled, and repeat before switching sides.
