- 02Step forward with your right foot and lower your left knee toward the floor.
- 03Keep the right heel grounded and the right knee tracking over the toes.
- 04Drive through the right foot to rise and bring your left leg forward into the next step.
- 05Continue alternating legs while keeping both dumbbells still and your stride controlled.
