- 01Set an incline bench to a 30-45 degree angle and lie face down on it.
- 02Hold a barbell with an underhand grip (palms facing up) and let it hang down towards the floor.
- 03Pull the barbell up towards your belly button, keeping your elbows close to your body.
- 04Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- 05Lower the barbell back to the starting position and repeat for the desired repetitions.
