How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Stand with both heels supported on the edge of a low stable step and hold a fixed support lightly for balance.
  2. 02Keep your knees nearly straight and allow the forefeet to hang free beyond the edge.
  3. 03Lower your toes below heel level through a controlled comfortable range.
  4. 04Pull your toes and forefeet upward toward your shins without leaning your whole body backward.
  5. 05Pause at the top, lower slowly through the deficit, and repeat.
