How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Start in a high plank with the hands under the shoulders and the body in one line.
  2. 02Brace the trunk and press the floor away without letting the hips sag.
  3. 03Drive one knee diagonally toward the opposite elbow.
  4. 04Return that foot quietly to the plank before changing sides.
  5. 05Alternate only as fast as the shoulders, pelvis, and cross-body path remain controlled.
