How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Face away from open space, walk the feet up the wall, and bring the hands closer until you reach a stable wall-facing handstand.
  2. 02Stack the hips over the shoulders, press the floor away, and brace the trunk.
  3. 03Shift the bodyweight gradually onto one hand while keeping both legs in light contact with the wall.
  4. 04Lift the opposite hand to tap the shoulder, then replace it firmly on the floor.
  5. 05Alternate sides with control and walk down immediately if alignment or balance is lost.
